Faux Real Florals by Yasmin is a woman-owned small business where each piece is individually handcrafted by Yasmin herself. We use high-quality artificial flowers and faux plants to create unique, non-mass-produced arrangements.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order; however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable unless the product does not align with our agreed-upon specifications.
What if my order is damaged?
We take great care to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, and all orders are shipped with insurance. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photographs and visit our Contact Us page to report the issue.
My arrangement or wreath doesn't look as pictured. Should I return it?
During shipping, flowers may shift and change shape temporarily. It's simple to gently bend the stems and adjust the flower heads to achieve the desired look. One of the benefits of artificial flowers is their resilience and ease of shaping.
What is the policy for custom orders?
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for custom orders once the design is agreed upon. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice total.
Do you have a physical store location?
We are an online-only retailer without a physical storefront. However, pickup in Connecticut is available upon request.
