Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted for faux floral arrangements and wreaths; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that fresh flower arrangements are final sale and not eligible for return. Additionally, custom orders (both faux and fresh) are non-returnable unless the product does not align with our agreed-upon specifications.
What if my order is damaged?
We take great care to ensure your faux floral arrangement or wreath arrives in perfect condition, and all orders are shipped with insurance. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photographs and visit our Contact Us page to report the issue.
My arrangement or wreath doesn't look as pictured. Should I return it?
During shipping, flowers may shift and change shape temporarily. Simply adjust the stems and blooms to restore your silk floral arrangement or wreath to its intended design. One of the benefits of artificial flowers is their flexibility and durability.
What is the policy for custom orders?
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for custom silk floral arrangements, wreaths, or event décor once the design is agreed upon. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice total.
Do you offer wedding floral services?
Yes, Faux Real Florals by Yasmin offers custom wedding flowers and silk wedding arrangements. We design and ship bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and wedding floral décor tailored to your color palette and style. Our faux wedding flowers provide a lasting keepsake from your special day.
Do you offer fresh flower arrangements?
Yes, we accept fresh flower arrangement orders in Connecticut for local delivery (within 10 miles of Wilton) or pickup. Whether you need event flowers, gift arrangements, or special occasion bouquets, each design is created with the same care and attention to detail.
Do you have a physical store location?
We are an online-only retailer specializing in silk floral arrangements and wreaths, without a physical storefront. However, local pickup in Wilton, Connecticut is available upon request.
