All items on our website are shipped from Wilton, Connecticut via USPS, UPS or Fedex.
Shipping is FREE.
Items typically ship within 3 business days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within that timeframe, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us.
Faux Real Florals by Yasmin hopes that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason, an item you receive does not meet your expectations, please send an email to email@example.com.
Returns must be shipped back to our store within 14 days of receipt at buyer's expense. Items not returned within this time period will not be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping charges are not included in refunds.
